Servo motores


In the current prototype we are using an Hitec servo and a Cirrus servo. These servos draw a lot of current and canĀ“t be powered by a USB port, we need to provide the Arduino/Motoruino with a dedicated power supply.
For the base we use a HS-805MG -Mega Metal Gear Giant Scale Servo which has a torque of 24.7kg/cm at 6.0V and weighs 197g.


For the middle joint we use a Cirrus CS-601 BB which has a torque of 11 kg/cm at 6.0V and weighs 53.9g.
